Once the Box Office closes, Will Call tickets will be available for pick-up at Earth Arena Bag Check, located behind the Box Office. We will remain open a minimum of one hour after the start of all paid events and open earlier as needed for early morning and afternoon events. Please make sure you have logged into your account and pulled your tickets up prior to entering the security check Box Office & Will Call Location:Īt the Spring Gateway between the Earth and Sky Casinos Hours: Day of show, will call begins at least 3 hours before the event Monday - Wednesday and Noon Thursday - Sunday. If you have mobile tickets on your smart phone, please make sure your cell phone is fully charged. For requirements on an event, please visit the individual event page. These restrictions apply to specific events only.
*Some events on property require verification of being fully vaccinated or receiving a negative COVID-19 test result prior to attending. The Box Office will sell tickets after the initial onsale, subject to availability & via all payment methods, but only on a limited basis due to minimal Box Office Hours.
All customers must log onto to purchase tickets. The Box Office does not sell tickets by any payment method the first day an event is on sale.
